Thank you for visiting! My name is Sarah and l've been practicing and studying different forms of energy healing since falling love with reiki and receiving my first
attunements in 2021.
Now attuned to several modern and traditional healing modalities, I prefer to incorporate parts of both into my practice, giving my treatments a relaxed, intuitive approach.
More than just Reiki, I also offer unique energy services such as cord-cutting ceremonies, focused chakra work, and guided rituals designed to release energetic attachments and support deeper transformation.With consent, l enjoy using a combination of gentle touch, crystal energy, sound healing, and aromatherapy techniques to extract unwanted energy, unblock and rebalance the chakras, and repair the auric field. What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1920s. Using light touch or hands held just above the body, the practitioner channels life force energy (ki) to clear blockages, balance the chakras, and support healing on all levels.
What Does Reiki Feel Like?
Reiki feels like a gentle, energetic massage for the soul. Every experience is unique, but here's what you might notice:Falling asleep.
Receiving a reiki energy healing is a deeply comforting and relaxing experience! Dozing off is a perfectly safe and acceptable thing to do. Please feel free to enjoy your time this way.Physical sensations.
Warmth, coolness, tingling, or goosebumps may occur, especially if you're sensitive to energy. For most, these sensations are quite pleasurable. This is reiki energy at work!Emotional release.
Releasing stuck energy or trauma may sometimes evoke big feelings. I encourage you to allow yourself to experience and release these feelings - There is no judgement here.Energetic visualizations.
You might see images, colors, or symbols that often align with the chakras being worked on. Just like dreams, these are personal to you and open to interpretation.Nothing at all.
Some people feel nothing - and that's normal too! Even if nothing is happening, you can trust that reiki energy is still flowing in the way you're meant to receive it.
How Does Remote Healing Work?
Guided by intention, reiki transcends time and space. This allows the healing energy to flow wherever it's needed. In a scheduled remote session, I'll send reiki directly to you to support your mind, body, and spirit. This beautitul energy transmission can be received just like a normal reiki healing, or for deeper work with past trauma or inner child wounds. Remote healing is just as powerful as in-person healing, and can be sent to you wherever you are.
